Анотация: During the rescue excavations, a huge amount of information was gathered, which we plan to publish in several volumes. You hold Yabalkovo, Volume 1 which has the character of introductory or panoramic publication and includes data not only from the early Neolithic, but also from all later periods presented at the site. We plan to follow it with monographic studies of the ceramics, small fi nds, stone and fl int tools, stock-breeding, agriculture, etc. The editors hope these investigations would be a step forward in our understanding of the Neolithisation of Europe and realising of the process of European enclaves formation which started more than 8000 years ago.
