Анотация: This volume offers a glimpse into the diverse and pressing issues of climate law subject to ongoing research at ClimLaw: Graz. Current developments in climate law are critically observed and analysed from the national, EU and global perspective in steady dialogue with other disciplines. In doing so, ClimLaw: Graz is envisaged to become a nationally and internationally connected research, teaching and networking platform. (DOAB)
