Анотация: This publication provides an overview of the dynamics of the hidden economy in Bulgaria. Based Monitoring System of the hidden economy is made specific analysis of the effects of the crisis on the labor market and undeclared work. After studying the experience of the last five years in Europe and in Bulgaria make recommendations for improving public policies to combat the shadow economy. Justify the necessity of combining control and administrative socio-economic measures and structural reforms in the control administration and law enforcement agencies.
