Анотация: This document is intended to provide the background information for a preliminary assessment of the feasibility of establishing EU Ecolabel and/or Green Public Procurement (GPP) criteria for solar photovoltaic modules, inverters and systems. This preliminary assessment forms part of a wider Preparatory Study to examine the feasibility of a four policy instruments - Ecodesign, Energy Labelling, the Ecolabel and GPP.
